So, I don't really know whats going on... I don't have too many questions, but I was told this was homework.
Do we have to know exactly what the roles of the president are and do we have to match examples of them on the test?

This isn't a homework assignment, but I am glad you asked that question. There will be a section that asks you to match the roles with what the President does.

Is the "who am I" worksheet going to be on the test? Like will we be asked what the SBI do or what is the tax assessor do? Thanks!

I cannot find the "roles of the president" worksheet so I am guessing you took that up from us.... And if we don't have that how are we expected to study for that part of the test. Just a question!

I may have that worksheet, but hopefully you learned about the Roles of the President from 1) reading the text, 2) paying attention during any discussion about it, 3) completing the worksheet, 4) the movie "Dave" where you needed to observe and identify the roles of the President. If the Supreme Court deems an Act (i.e DOMA, PATRIOT, etc) unconstitutional, does Congress have to pass a law that outlaws whatever the Act or part of the act does that's unconstitutional? Or can it be enforced without the bill/law?

When the Supreme Court rules an act unconstitutional it is automatically, from that moment on, not allowed to be enforced. No additional act of Congress is necessary to undo the law that was declared unconstitutional. Good Question!

Only the Senate. Right now is a good time to be reviewing about Presidential appointees since there are a number of people resigning from his cabinet and Obama is announcing his replacements. Also, Governor McCrory has a cabinet to appoint, every position is vacant since he taking as a new governor. On the state level, the NC Senate must approve gubernatorial appointments.
